How the Jobloo Swipe-to-Apply System Works

You spend 15 minutes filling out the same form for the hundredth time. Upload your CV. Retype your address, your phone number, your work history. Click submit. And a keyword-matching algorithm decides in 0.3 seconds whether a human will ever see your name.

We built Jobloo to kill that loop. It is a mobile and web app where you browse curated job openings, swipe right on the ones you want, and an AI agent submits a real, tailored application on the company's career page. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds per job.

How it works

You upload your resume once. Jobloo's AI reads the PDF and extracts everything: experience, skills, education, languages, career preferences. From that point on, you never fill out a form again.

The app shows you one job card at a time, matched to your profile. Company, role, location, salary range, description summary. Swipe left to skip. Swipe right to apply.

When you swipe right, a Two-Pass AI engine kicks in. First pass: extract structured career data from your CV (titles, dates, achievements). Second pass: generate a tailored version of your resume matched to that specific job description. Then a server-side Playwright agent navigates to the company’s actual ATS page (Greenhouse, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Lever, Workday) and submits the application. No browser extension. Your phone can be off.

Why the Tinder analogy matters

Dating apps solved discovery. Before Tinder, meeting people outside your social circle required luck and a lot of awkward conversations. Tinder did not change who you are. It changed how many people could see you. Job hunting has the same bottleneck. The perfect role might be posted right now on some company's career page you will never visit. A startup you have never heard of, in a city you had not considered, offering exactly your target salary. You will never find it by scrolling Indeed.

Jobloo fixes the discovery problem. You tell us what you want (industry, role type, location, salary, languages), and we pull relevant openings from thousands of real career pages. You browse, pick what fits, and we handle the application.

What makes this different from other swipe apps

Other apps have tried the swipe-to-apply idea. Most of them just fire your generic CV into a job board void. Jobloo actually rewrites your resume for each role and submits it on the company's real ATS. That is the difference between sending a mass email and writing a personalized one.

The server-side architecture matters too. Most auto-apply tools need a Chrome extension running on your laptop. Close the tab, lose the session. Jobloo runs everything on our infrastructure. Swipe on your phone during your commute, close the app, and the applications keep going.

Job matching is powered by the ESCO classification, the European Commission’s taxonomy for occupations and skills. It means Jobloo understands that "Growth Hacker" and "Digital Marketing Specialist" are the same career family, which produces better matches than keyword systems that treat them as unrelated. And because we built this for the European market from day one, it handles European job titles, qualifications, and conventions that US-centric tools miss entirely.

Jobloo has been formally recognized as an innovative service by the DRIEETS, under the French Ministry of Labor. That is a regulatory stamp, not a marketing badge.

Who actually uses this

Mostly business school students right now. People who need to apply to dozens of companies during recruitment season and cannot afford to spend 15 minutes per application. A finance student at KEDGE who wants to explore roles in London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt can set those preferences and discover opportunities that never would have appeared on a local job board.

Young professionals changing cities or industries use it too. Jobloo's matching works on transferable skills, not just job title keywords, so a consultant pivoting to product management sees relevant PM roles instead of more consulting postings.
